What items are not allowed in your containers?

Hazardous waste, including chemicals, paint, tires, medical waste, and many electronics, is not permitted, as they require special disposal and handling.

Do I need to be present when you drop off the container(s)?

As long as you have clearly communicated where we will be placing the dumpster and the area around and leading to it is clear enough for our team to access the site, you do not have to be present. We do ask that you be reachable during your drop-off appointment so that our team can contact you if we encounter any problems with the drop-off.

What if I fill my container before the pick-up date?

You can contact us to arrange an early pickup or a swap-out if needed.
